What should I do if there is incorrect information in the digital death certificate?

If it is within 6 months from the date of death, you may approach the certifying doctor to amend the information. Once notified by the doctor that the information has been corrected, you can download the updated death certificate from the My Legacy website within 30 days from the amendment date.

If it is after 6 months, please email ICA at ICA_DPU_RBD@ica.gov.sg with the details.
