The Confirmation of Death is only a temporary document. You should download the digital death certificate at the My Legacy website, following online death certification by the doctor.
To do so, you will need to make use of the following information from the Confirmation of Death: Confirmation of Death Number, Deceased's ID Number and Date of Death.
