After the doctor certifies the death online, you can visit the My Legacy website to download the digital death certificate.

To access and download the digital death certificate, you will require the following information from the certifying doctor or hospital:
• Death certificate number (or Confirmation of Death document number)
• Deceased’s Identification Document number
• Deceased’s date of death
