Health Plan AI generates your exercise plan based on the exercise goals (if any) recorded in your Health Plan based on your discussions with your Healthier SG doctor, your demographics, and your personal preferences. Health Plan AI also follows the Singapore Physical Activity Guidelines (SPAG), with input from healthcare professionals.

After your exercise plan is generated, you will be able to view a short explanation on the considerations behind the generated exercise plan.

All data used in generating your exercise plans will not be stored nor used to train the AI model behind the Health Plan AI beta feature.
