Healthier SG helps you in 5 key ways:

i. Screening tests and vaccinations*

Enjoy special subsidies for Healthier SG screening tests and vaccinations such as influenza shots, based on your age, health conditions and vaccination history, for Singapore Citizens.

Early detection and treatment can help prevent or delay the onset of common chronic conditions and cancers such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, and cervical cancer.

*Eligible Singapore Citizens will enjoy subsidised screening tests and vaccinations at polyclinics and CHAS GP clinics, while eligible Permanent Residents enjoy subsidised screening tests and vaccinations at polyclinics. In addition, eligible Singapore Citizens who are enrolled with Healthier SG will enjoy special subsidies at their enrolled Healthier SG clinic.

ii. Healthpoints benefits

· Earn 3,000 Healthpoints (worth $20) through the Healthy 365 app after completing your first Health Plan consultation.

· From 1 Jul 2026 to 31 Dec 2029, you will also receive a one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10) when you return for an in-person annual Health Plan check-in in the years following your first Health Plan consultation and view your updated Health Plan on HealthHub after the in-person check-in. iii. Personalised Healthier SG Health Plan

Start your health journey with a personalised Health Plan co-created with your doctor at your first visit to your Healthier SG clinic. Attend annual Health Plan check-ins to review your health and health goals with your Healthier SG doctor**. Your first Health Plan consultation and subsequent annual Health Plan check-ins are fully-subsidised***.

Your Health Plan can be viewed on HealthHub, and includes tools to make it easier for you to take action toward your health goals, such as reminders for recommended screenings and vaccinations. From 27 Jul 2026, eligible enrollees**** will also be able to access the Health Plan AI beta feature on HealthHub for more detailed guidance to achieve the exercise goal they have set with their Healthier SG doctor. This feature helps eligible enrollees to generate an exercise plan which is tailored based on their Health Plan, demographics, and personal preferences. The exercise plan will include recommendations for specific exercises and/or exercise programmes.

iv. Out-of-pocket payments

Fully pay with MediSave for treatment of chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) without cash co-payment, up to the MediSave withdrawal limit.

v. Subsidies for selected common chronic medications*****

^The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) enables all Singapore Citizens, including Merdeka Generation (MG) and Pioneer Generation (PG) cardholders, to receive subsidies for medical and/or dental care (Only for CHAS Blue/Orange, MG and PG cardholders) at participating General Practitioner (GP) and dental clinics.
