Why are the exercise plans generated by Health Plan AI safe for me to follow?
[From 27 July] The exercise plans generated by Health Plan AI are designed with your safety in mind. Health Plan AI was developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals, the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and follows the Singapore Physical Activity Guidelines (SPAG). The exercise plans are also tailored based on your Health Plan, demographics, and personal preferences, to better match your needs and lifestyle.
The exercise plans serve as a guide on the exercises and/or exercise programmes you can include in your routine to work towards your exercise goal and are not a replacement for personalised medical advice. You are advised to consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure what level and/or type of physical activity is suitable for you.
Nonetheless, if you feel unwell or experience symptoms such as severe pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath while exercising, please stop immediately and seek medical advice, as a safety precaution.
