From 27 July] Health Plan AI will use information from your Health Plan (e.g., exercise goals), your demographic (e.g., age, gender) and any personal preferences you provide to create a personalised 7-day exercise plan that is safe and considers your preferences.

Your personal data will be protected in accordance with data protection requirements including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Health Plan AI will only use your personal data for the sole purpose of generating your exercise plan. No personal data will be used to train the AI model behind Health Plan AI beta feature.
