Why do I need to view my Health Plan on HealthHub to qualify for the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10)?
Your Health Plan captures your Health Plan discussions with your doctor, and includes steps you can take to stay healthy, manage your chronic conditions (if any), and Healthier SG screening tests and vaccinations which are recommended for you. During your annual Health Plan check-ins, your doctor will review your Health Plan and update it as needed.
You are encouraged to view your Health Plan on HealthHub after each annual Health Plan check-in, as your Health Plan on HealthHub includes features to make it easier for you to take actions toward your health goals. These features include documentation of nutrition and physical activity goals, and reminders for recommended screenings and vaccinations. From 27 July 2026, eligible Healthier SG enrollees will also be able to use the Health Plan AI beta feature on HealthHub to generate tailored exercise plans using AI.
