How will I receive my Healthpoints as part of my enrolment into Healthier SG? Will my Healthpoints expire?

You will receive 3,000 Healthpoints (worth $20) that will be credited into your Healthy 365 app account, upon successful completion of your first Health Plan consultation.

You will also receive a one-off 1,500 Healthpoints (worth $10) if you complete the following two actions within the qualifying period of 1 Jul 2026 – 31 Dec 2029:

  1. Attend an in-person annual Health Plan check-in in the year(s) following your first Health Plan consultation; and

  2. View your updated Health Plan on HealthHub after the in-person check-in.

If you do not have a Healthy 365 account, please claim your Healthpoints by creating an account within 12 months of your first Health Plan consultation or completion of both criteria for the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10). Healthpoints not claimed within this period will expire.

Once your Healthpoints are credited into your Healthy 365 account, they will remain valid for 6 months.

Your Healthpoints summary details (including its expiry date) can be found under the “My Wallet” tab in the Rewards section of Healthy 365 app.
