How can I receive Healthpoints if I do not have a smartphone or a Healthy 365 account?
If you do not have a Healthy 365 account or smartphone, you can still receive Healthpoints through the following options:
Create a Healthy 365 account on your family member’s smartphone:
Use a family member’s smartphone to create a Healthy 365 account.
After completing your first Health Plan consultation/ annual Health Plan check-in*, your family member can check your Healthy 365 account to confirm that you have received your Healthpoints**.
Alternatively, visit Healthier SG Enrolment Stations, IMDA digital hubs, Active Ageing Centres (AACs), or call the HPB Hotline at 1800 223 1313 for help setting up your Healthy 365 account.
Ensure your account is set up within 12 months of your first Health Plan consultation or completion of both criteria for the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10), to receive your Healthpoints, otherwise they will expire. Once Healthpoints are credited into your Healthy 365 account, they will remain valid for 6 months and can be redeemed for e-vouchers, such as FairPrice eVouchers.
*For eligibility criteria of the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10), please refer to How can I qualify for the one-off 1,500 Healthpoints benefit (worth $10) that will be launched on 1 July 2026?
**Please allow 3 to 5 days for your Healthpoints to be credited to your Healthy 365 profile.
Visit selected polyclinics or public health institutions for further support (Travel Card Option):
If you do not have a Healthy 365 account or a caregiver who can assist, visit selected polyclinics or public health institutions where a Healthier SG staff will assist you.
Please bring your NRIC and a valid Travel Card (e.g. SimplyGo card).
