The Healthier SG Chronic Tier subsidies are tiered based on the CHAS card status.

Your subsidy tier will not be automatically changed when there are changes to your household income within the validity period.

However, if there is a change to your household financial situation during your card's validity period, you may reach out to CHAS for further advice.
