Do I need to be a Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) cardholder to enjoy the Healthier SG Chronic Tier under Healthier SG from 2024?
You will need to be a CHAS/ Pioneer Generation (PG)/ Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholder and be enrolled with a Healthier SG GP clinic to be eligible for the Healthier SG Chronic Tier. In this tier, CHAS/PG/MG cardholders with high medication needs, can access subsidies for selected common chronic medications* at prices comparable to polyclinics. You or your household members can sign up at www.chas.sg.
Healthier SG benefits are available/ accessible at your enrolled Healthier SG Clinic.
*Additional subsides for Medication Assistance Fund (MAF) medications on the Healthier SG Medication List are available only for CHAS Blue and CHAS Orange cardholders (including PG/MG cardholders who also hold a CHAS Blue/Orange card).
