I have chronic condition(s) and have enrolled in Healthier SG. How do I know which subsidy (Existing CHAS Chronic Tier or the Healthier SG Chronic Tier) to use for my chronic condition(s) medication?
Patients with chronic conditions that have high medication needs and bills are likely to benefit from the Healthier SG Chronic Tier.
You may wish to consult with your enrolled Healthier SG doctor about whether you are suitable to switch to use selected common chronic medications* that are eligible for percentage subsidies under the Healthier SG Chronic Tier.
*Additional subsides for Medication Assistance Fund (MAF) medications on the Healthier SG Medication List are available only for CHAS Blue and CHAS Orange cardholders (including PG/MG cardholders who also hold a CHAS Blue/Orange card).
