I didn’t receive my gov.sg SMS, what can I do?
You should be receiving government SMSes from 'gov.sg' sender ID.Your gov.sg message might have been mistakenly filtered to your Messages app's spam/junk folder. If so, please mark it as "Not Junk".Detailed steps on how to do it on iOS and Android
Android:
Check the Messages app.
Navigate to the Spam & blocked folder.
Locate the gov.sg message.
If found, mark it as "Not Junk".
iOS:
Open the Messages app.
Go to the Junk Messages folder.
Find the gov.sg message.
If it's there, mark it as "Not Junk".
You can also try the following ways if you have received 'gov.sg' SMSes before:
restart your mobile phone
remove messages from your inbox to clear memory for more messages
remove any third-party filtering software (e.g. truecaller)
disable do not disturb functions
remove SIM and insert again
try the same SIM card in another phone (if this works, it is likely a mobile phone issue)
retry to generate OTP
update your mobile device software
perform a factory reset to ensure no third-party software is causing the issue
If you are on iOS and only OTPs are missing, try this
