A student is eligible for MOE FAS if he / she is a Singapore Citizen and meets either of the following income criteria:

• Gross Household Income not exceeding $3,000 per month OR

• Per Capita Income not exceeding $750 per month

To apply for the MOE FAS for your child, you can obtain the application form from the school’s general office, or download a copy of the MOE FAS Application Form from MOE’s website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/financial-matters/financial-assistance.

Students on the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) are automatically eligible for subsidy.  They need not reapply for the purchase of iPad. 

Students who are not on FAS and whose GHI (Gross Household Income) is less than $4,000 or PCI (Per Capita Income) is less than $1,000 can apply for subsidy by obtaining the Application Form for Subsidy for Purchase of Personal Learning Device from the General Office.
