What is the eligibility criteria for MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)?

A student is eligible for MOE FAS if he / she is a Singapore Citizen and meets either of the following income criteria:

  • Gross Household Income not exceeding $3,000 per month OR

  • Per Capita Income not exceeding $750 per month
