ECDA acknowledges that some preschools may have structural or permanent fixtures that may limit coverage of the CCTVs. Preschools should consult the vendor on where to place the cameras to have maximal aperture that covers left to right with clear coverage of an area. This should be done on a best effort basis.

However, actions may be taken against the licensee and/or individuals if the footage is unavailable due to failure to turn on or maintain the CCTVs.
