I'm trying to log in to MyActiveSG+ via Singpass. Why can't I approve the sign-in request on the Singpass app?
If you are trying to log in to MyActiveSG+ with your Singpass app but don't see a response after tapping 'Approve', you may need to update your settings.
Open the Singpass app
Go to Settings at the top right hand corner of the app
Scroll to the App security section
Disable Prefer Face ID or Prefer fingerprint depending on the biometric settings of your phone
Once disabled, you should be able to log in to https://activesg.gov.sg with your Singpass.
