How does Full Subject-Based Banding (FSBB) promote inclusivity?

Under FSBB, form classes comprise students with a mix of subject levels. Form class names do not carry academic level labels and are intentionally mixed to include students with diverse profiles and strengths. This provides opportunities for students to learn to work respectfully with peers from different backgrounds.
