What are the communication channels between school and parents?
Letters, Announcements and Consent Forms will be sent via Parents Gateway (PG) to parents. So
please come onboard the PG if you have not done so.
• An introduction letter with email addresses of the Subject Teachers will be given to pupils on the first
day of school. Parents can email the teachers or call the General Office to leave a message for the
teachers to return the call when they are available. The response time for teachers to revert to parents
is within 3 school working days.
• Alternative communication platforms e.g. ClassDojo/Telegram may also be set up by the Form
Teachers to communicate with parents. Please check with the Form Teachers on these as they are not
mandatory.
