No, you do not need to apply for a Practising Certificate (PC) at this time.

Your existing AVS veterinary licence (‘Licence to Treat Animals and Birds’) remains valid (until the stipulated expiry date), and all current licensing conditions continue to apply. If your AVS veterinary licence is due to expire, continue to renew it via GoBusiness.

We will provide instructions on how to apply for your Certificate of Registration and Practising Certificate.
