Under the enhanced training pathway for SPS volunteers, apart from the PIVOT training, the generic Core Competency Modules I (CCM I) and the VCO Trainings (CCM II), there are Developmental courses available as well.

IMPACT Training include developmental courses which are announced in the VCO Community Whatsapp group chat occasionally. Some examples include:

• Understanding the Whole Person: Systemic Tools for Volunteer Support

• The Road to Work: Walking with Offenders in their Job Journey

• Understanding and Dealing with Offenders' Difficult Behaviours

These courses are optional and free. VCOs are highly encouraged to sign up for the courses and upskill themselves as part of their professional development.
