I would like to have less/ pause case assignment.

Updated by SPSVCO

We understand if VCOs need a break from case assignment due to various personal reasons. In such situations, kindly connect with us , select Request > Case Allocation and provide a brief elaboration.

If you are unable to continue managing a current case, no worries. After informing us via the link above, we will do an internal assessment and reassign the supervisee with another VCO if necessary.

If you foresee that you are unavailable to manage new cases in the upcoming weeks for various reasons, it's okay to decline new assignments during the pre-assignment phase. Do also let us know when the VCO Team should next check in with you and resume case assignment.

Do note that VCOs who consecutively decline cases without a valid reason, or do not respond to pre-assignments, will not be prioritised for future assignments. Prolonged lack of response may eventually result in the VCO being exited from the programme.
