It can be tough to engage supervisees for different reasons. If you are facing difficulty, do check in with the Lead Case Manager (LCM) to find out if this is usual of the supervisee and if not, what might be might be contributing to the difficulty.

If the supervisee remains unresponsive, do connect with us if there is a need for the case to be reassigned to another VCO.
