To go to Prison Link Centre (Changi) from Tampines MRT Station (EW2):

Take bus 4 at Tampines Bus Interchange
Alight at Changi Prison (Bus Stop 97049)

Alternatively, you can:

Take the Downtown Line from Tampines MRT Station (DT 32) and alight Upper Changi MRT Station (DT34).
Exit the MRT station via Exit A
Take Bus Service 2 from Bus Stop 96041 towards Changi Village
Alight at Upper Changi Road North (Bus Stop 97041)
Cross the traffic junction and walk to Prison Link Centre (Changi)
