For Singaporeans, their release location depends on their release scheme.

Inmates released without emplacement on Community-based Programme or Mandatory Aftercare Scheme will be released from one of the following three locations:

1. Changi Prison Complex (Cluster A & B)

   Waiting area outside of Complex Main Entrance 982 Upper Changi Road North, Singapore 507709

   The nearest bus stop will be Changi Prison (97049) with bus services 2 and 4 available.

2. Tanah Merah Centre

   Outside the pedestrian gate leading to Tanah Merah Centre10 Tanah Merah Besar Road, Singapore 498834

   The nearest bus stop will be After Compass Green (97321) with bus services 4 available.

3. Selarang Park Community Supervision Centre

   Outside the pedestrian gate of Selarang Park Complex

   1821 Upper Changi Road North, Singapore 506777

   The nearest bus stop will be After St. John's Crescent (97071) with bus services 2 and 29 available.

Estimated Time of Release:

Mondays to Saturdays (Except Public Holidays), between 11:00AM and 1:00PM.

Inmates who are released and emplaced on Home Detention (HD)/Residential Scheme (RS) or Release on Supervision (ROS) will be released in:

Selarang Park Community Supervision Centre

Outside the pedestrian gate of Selarang Park Complex

1821 Upper Changi Road North, Singapore 506777

The nearest bus stop will be After St. John's Crescent (97071) with bus services 2 and 29 available.

Estimated Time of Release: Mondays to Saturdays (Except Public Holidays), between 11:00AM and 1:00PM.

Inmates who are release on Mandatory Aftercare Scheme (MAS) may be placed on:

1. Home Supervision (HS) Phase or

2. Halfway House (HWH) Phase

Those placed on HS phase will be released at Selarang Park Community Supervision Centre

Outside the pedestrian gate of Selarang Park Complex

Those placed on the HWH phase will be sent to Selarang Halfway House (SHWH).
