How do I check the status of item I submitted during my visit, and what should I do if the inmate hasn't received them yet?

Please note that visit items take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to inmates due to security screening procedures.

To find out if they have received the item, you can ask them during your next visit or through e-Letter.
