What is the reporting timing on the day of my scheduled visits?

You are required to arrive at the Prison Link Centre and get a queue number:

  • 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled face-to-face visit session, or

  • 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled tele-visit session

    Visitors who are late for registration will not be allowed to proceed with their original scheduled visit session and will need to have the visits rescheduled. Do plan your travel well so as to not arrive too early or late.
