Inmate has nominated me as the Next of Kin, how and when will I receive the visit card?

For Family members Upon successful verification of the documents submitted in your Visit Request Form, the visit card will be issued to you on the day of your scheduled visit.

For friends, please inform the inmate via E-Letters to put up request through his/her officer to appoint you as Main Card Holder (MCH).

You may inform the inmate to update you on the outcome via E-Letters.
