Will the doctor be able to see my complaint?
The SMC is required, by law, to furnish a copy of your Statutory Declaration, complaint letter, and supporting documents to the doctor(s). All documents obtained by the relevant Committee for the purpose of investigating the complaint will be kept confidential and only disclosed to the doctor(s) and any other person who may be called upon to assist in the investigation of the case.
