The SMC is unable to obtain the full name of the doctor(s) for you and/or assist in the drafting of your complaint. Where necessary, please contact the relevant healthcare institution(s) to find out the name of the doctor(s). Alternatively, you can also search for the full name of the doctor in the SMC register.
