How do Training Providers (TPs) know if the individual has sufficient SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) for course payment?
TPs may request for the individuals to log in to their SFC account via MySkillsFuture portal or LifeSG to verify their credit SFC balance. Alternatively, TPs may request for the individuals to print out their account summary for verification. If individual has sufficient SFC to pay for the course fees, TP can login to Training Partners Gateway and access the 'SkillsFuture Credit' icon to check on the approved use of SFC, which will be made available on the same day as individual's SFC claim submission.
