The individual cancels the course with the Training Provider (TP) but did not cancel the SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) claim in his/her MySkillsFuture Portal before the course start date. What should the TP do if the SFC claim has been disbursed?

TP should remind the individual to cancel his/her SFC claim before the course start date when he/she submits the course cancellation request. If the individual does not cancel his/her SFC claim before the course date and the amount is disbursed to the TP despite the reminder, TP would have to initiate a refund request via Training Partners Gateway. If you face difficulties, kindly contact SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) via the SSG Service Portal to facilitate the refund process.
