Make sure you have created your Singpass passkey following the steps here. Ensure that your bluetooth is turned on.

Follow these instructions to log in.

If you are using iOS devices:

1. Select Log in on the digital service

2. You will see the Singpass Login page. Select Use passkey

3. Follow the on-screen instructions

4. Authenticate using your biometrics or the six-digit passcode in your Singpass app

If you are using Android devices:

1. Select Log in on the digital service

2. You will see the Singpass Login page. Tap on Use passkey

3. Follow the on-screen instructions

4. Authenticate using your biometrics or the six-digit passcode in your Singpass app

If you are using a computer:

1. Select Log in on the digital service

2. You will see the Singpass Login page. Select Use passkey

3. A QR code will be shown on the screen

4. Scan the QR code with your phone camera or Singpass app

5. Authenticate using your biometrics or the six-digit passcode in your Singpass app

6. Once the passkey matches, you will be logged into the digital service on your computer
