There are dedicated Singpass counters island-wide to assist you on the following:

• Register for Singpass account

If you are visiting a Singpass counter, please bring the following documents for verification purposes 🪪:

Singapore Citizens (SC) & Permanent Residents (PR)

1) For Singaporean (SC):

• National Registration Identification Card (NRIC)

• or Singapore Passport

• or Singapore Driving Licence

• or National Service IDs (11Bs) from SAF, SPF and SCDF

2) For National Service Personnel:

• National Service IDs (11Bs) from SAF, SPF and SCDF

• or Singapore Passport

• or Singapore Driving License

3) For Permanent Residents (PR):

• National Registration Identification Card (NRIC)

• or Passport with Re-entry Permit or

• or Singapore Driving Licence or

• or National Service IDs from SAF, SPF and SCDF

Foreign Identity Number (FIN) Card Holders

1) For Employment Pass and Personalised Employment Pass Holders:

• Employment Pass (EP) Card

• or Personalised Pass (PEP) card

• or Singapore Driving License

2) For S-Pass Holders

• S-Pass Card

3) For Eligible Work permit (WP) holders

• WP Card

4) For Dependent Pass Holders (of EP, PEP, EntrePass and S-Pass)

5) For Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) or Long-Term Visit Pass Holders

If your LTVP card is digital, show your digital card on ICA website or ICA app or FileSG or Singpass app.

6) EntrePass Holders

• EntrePass card

• or Approval-In-Principle letter (AIP) and Passport

• or Singapore Driving License

7) Student Pass Holders

• Student Pass card

Important notes:

Only original documents listed in the above table will be accepted at the Singpass counter for verification (Documents, such as In-Principle- Approval (IPA) Letter, police report for lost NRIC, ez-link card and senior citizen card, are not acceptable).

• For Permanent Residents, they must either bring their passports that contain the Re-entry Permit (REP) endorsement / their passports with a copy of their REP print-out. With effect from 2 Jan 2009, ICA has ceased to issue REP endorsements in passports

• For work pass holders who are applying for Singpass, they can only register for an account on the following Monday after their work pass has been issued.

You are strictly not allowed to authorise another person to request/reset your Singpass on your behalf.
