If you have previously set up your Singpass Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you can reset your password instantly online:

1. Visit the Singpass portal to reset your password

2. Enter your NRIC/FIN, then verify via Face Verification or SMS OTP

3. Create your new password

If you hold a Singpass Foreign Account, a password reset is not needed — you log in directly through the Singpass app, which does not require a password. Learn how to set up the Singpass app as a Foreign Account holder here.
