Face-to-face interaction is crucial for brain development. Ensure you can see your baby's face and they can see yours. Go close, provide lots of eye contact and smiles. Babies learn best during face-to-face interactions with loved ones - there's no substitute for you! When you communicate or read with your baby, you're building brain connections for language, social interaction, and learning.
