For citizens eligible for SG Culture Pass but do not have Singpass, they may register for their Singpass here.

Alternatively, you may call the Singpass Helpdesk at 6335 3533, or visit a Singpass counter located at Community Centres/Clubs (CC) and ServiceSG Centres in Singapore.
