From 1 September 2025 onwards, eligible Singapore Citizens will be able to access and utilise their SG Culture Pass credits via the SG Culture Pass website, and can expect to receive an SMS from a gov.sg SMS Sender ID with information about the SG Culture Pass. SG Culture Pass will never send any SMSes asking for your personal information or banking details to claim your credits.
