SG Culture Pass credits are linked to your personal Singpass account and can only be accessed by logging in securely. If you notice unrecognised transactions or believe your credits have been wrongfully claimed, please contact the SG Culture Pass Help Centre at +65 6338 3632. We will investigate the issue and assist you accordingly. Help Centre Operating Hours: Monday to Thursday : 8.30am to 6.00pm Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays : Closed
