Are there any other forms of resolving the dispute other than attending Consultations and Hearings?

Updated by SGCOURTS

Yes, parties can try to settle your dispute.

Parties may try to settle a dispute through participating in have the option of e-Mediation and e-Negotiation on CJTS.

If you reach an agreement with the other party as a result of e-Mediation or e-Negotiation, either party may apply for a consent Order to record the agreed terms, or the Claimant may withdraw the Claim.

If you do not reach an agreement with the other party, both parties will have to attend the next scheduled Consultation or Hearing.
