Am I allowed to call witnesses at my hearing?
Yes, parties are allowed to call witnesses at an SCT hearing. However, parties will first need to notify the registrar of the witnesses they intend to call at the Consultation, and again to the Tribunal Magistrate at the SCT Hearing. The Tribunal Magistrate has discretion over which witnesses can appear to testify.
