If you are dissatisfied with a decision, direction, or order made by the Registrar (for example, at a Case Management Conference), you may appeal to a tribunal. You may do so by filing an "Appeal Against Order of Registrar" on the Community Justice and Tribunals System (CJTS) and paying the applicable fee.

You must file the appeal on CJTS within 7 days after the decision, direction, or order was made, and serve it on all other parties within 7 days after filing. Note that filing an appeal does not automatically stop the proceedings from continuing. If you wish the proceedings to be stayed while the appeal is pending, you will need to ask the tribunal or Registrar to make an order to that effect.
