What are the criteria I must meet before I can file a claim at the Employment Claims Tribunals?
You must meet all of the following criteria before you are eligible to file a claim at the Employment Claims Tribunals:
Mediation Efforts
1. Your dispute remains unresolved after mediation at the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) and you have been issued a Claim Referral Certificate by the TADM mediator.
Claim Limit
2. Your claim must not exceed $20,000. Where you have undergone the Tripartite Mediation Framework or mediations assisted by unions recognised under the Industrial Relations Act, your claim can go beyond $20,000 but must not exceed $30,000.
Type of Claim
3. (i) You are an employee who has either a Statutory salary-related claim, Contractual salary-related claim, or Wrongful dismissal claim. To find out if your claim falls under the scope of the aforementioned claims, please click on the links below.
OR
3. (ii) You are an employer who has a salary in lieu of notice of termination claim.

Registered Country/Citizenship
4. You are claiming against a party who is residing, or has a registered office or place of business, in Singapore.
