Can the Court appoint more than one deputy for the same person?
Yes, the Court can appoint multiple deputies for P. Typically, for the simplified track, there is a maximum of 2 deputies and 2 successor deputies; while for the standard track, the Court would normally not appoint more than 4 deputies.
Deputies may be appointed to act jointly (together) or jointly and severally (either one can act independently). The arrangement will be based on what is in P's best interests.
