Why should a person go to the ACO portal if they already have a soft/digital copy of a court order?
Retrieving the court order from the ACO portal can provide added confidence that the Court Order can be obtained from the official court repository. The person retrieving the Court Order can also visually the compare the contents of the document to assure himself that the contents have not been authored by unauthorised persons.
