An authentic court order (ACO) is a court order verified to have been issued by a Singapore court.

Previously, parties that need to show their court order to others may be asked to provide a certified true copy ("CTC"). They have to apply for the CTC and this can take several days and require more than one trip to the court. A fee needs to be paid for every hardcopy CTC. The hardcopy CTC may also be inadvertently misplaced, or the party may not have sufficient CTCs and may need to obtain additional CTCs.

The ACO system simplifies this.

If your Court Order was issued after 2013, you may be able to retrieve an Authentic Court Order (ACO) from https://courtorders.gov.sg/ . An Authentic Court Order (ACO) is an official, digitally verifiable court document issued by the Singapore Courts. Accessible via www.courtorders.gov.sg, it replaces the need to request, pay for, and collect physical Certified True Copies (CTCs).

If your Court Order HAS a QR code on it:

1. Scan or Visit: Scan the QR code printed on your document, or go straight to www.courtorders.gov.sg. No login is required.

2. Verify: Enter the Access Code shown on your document. If prompted, additionally type in the Case Number (without any alphabets).

3. Download & Share: Instantly view, download, share, or print out the verified digital PDF.

If You Have Misplaced Your Court Order, or Your Court Order DOES NOT have a QR Code

1. Log In: Go to www.courtorders.gov.sg and log in securely using your Singpass.

2. Enter Details: Input your Case Number and Document / Court Order Number. Our system will need to ensure that you are a legitimate party in the case.

3. Request & Retrieve: Submit the details to generate and retrieve your digital authentic court order version for free. The request may take some time to be processed, so please return to check the status regularly.
