How do I request a Certified True Copy of the Divorce Order?
You can file a Request for Certified True Copy via eLitigation. If you are not represented by a lawyer, visit the LawNet & CrimsonLogic Service Bureau to file in person. You will need to explain the intended use of the copies in your request, which is subject to the approval of the Registrar. The certified true copy/plain copy will be sent to you electronically. Please note that documents to be submitted to court that contain any NRIC / passport numbers should show the last four characters of the NRIC / passport numbers. Upon submitting/filing the request, the Court will follow up with you on the outcome and further instructions.
