What should I bring when I attend a hearing at the Mentions Courts?

Updated by SGCOURTS

When attending a Mentions Court, you must bring the following:

  • Identification Document: If you are charged in your personal capacity, bring an identification document bearing your photo and personal particulars (e.g., NRIC or driver's license). If you are appearing on behalf of an accused company or corporate entity, bring your identification document along with a valid Letter of Authorization (LA).

  • Relevant Documents: Bring related documents such as the Notice to Attend Court, Summons, Bail Bond, or other related paperwork.
