If you would like to seek the help of a lawyer to complete the filing process for the probate application, you may click on the floating side tab available on the right side of each screen to retrieve the unique access code/case number.

Share the access code/case number with your lawyer. Your lawyer will be able to retrieve the information you have filled out thus far in the application using the access code or filing the necessary documents to be appointed to the case if a case number (e.g. FC/P XX/2023) has been assigned to the application.
